Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy

• Tickets sold by the VHO Ticketspice Box Office are fully-refundable up to 7 days before the performance. Please note that no refunds will be made beyond this point.

• We are happy to exchange your tickets for an alternate performance when possible. Please understand that if there are no available seats for an alternate performance, we cannot make an exchange.

• If purchasing a ticket to an outdoor performance with a published rain date, please make sure you are available for both dates. No refunds will be issued based on your inability to attend the rain date.

Your refund will be accredited to your original method of payment.

If a performance is cancelled for any reason, we will automatically process a full refund.

We are always so grateful when our audience donates their unused tickets back to the company. As our venue capacities are usually very limited, this also gives another audience member a chance to see the show. If you choose to donate the cost of your ticket to Victory Hall Opera, the purchase price is fully tax-deductible, and you will receive a donation receipt, and our sincerest thanks!
