Arrive any time from 5:00pm onwards to check out the Visitors' Center and enjoy a picnic! (The Garden trails, however, will be closed until the concert).

Performance begins 6:00 pm from the Picnic Pavilion.

Note: The program will not be seated, but will take place at a few locations around the Gardens. The audience will be guided around the paths to listen while walking or standing. There will be a limited number of benches and portable stools placed at various points around the path for those who need them.

Food & Beverage: Feel free to bring your own picnic, blanket, and beverages. We will also have non-alcoholic beverages for purchase. The Quarry Gardens asks that alcoholic beverage consumption be in moderation, due to safety concerns (cliffs!).

Rain/ Weather: If there is a passing shower during the concert, we will ask the audience to shelter in the Visitors' Center & the Picnic Pavilion, and will continue the program after it passes. If severe or sustained weather threatens, we will email you the morning of the concert to inform you that we are postponing the performance until the following day (same start time) & will hope for the best!

We request that you reserve availability on the “rain date” for the evening following your ticket, since we cannot grant refunds for inability to attend the reserved rain date. (see Refund Policy)

Be Advised: As a natural site, the Quarry Gardens have no paved surfaces. Trails are covered in wood chips. There are places where cliffs drop directly into the quarry pools; there are no fences. The concert may not be suitable for the physically infirm, or for children under ten. Pets are also not allowed.

The loop trail is about a half mile in length. There is a 60-foot difference in elevation, made somewhat easier to navigate by 163 rock stairs.

Other: Please wear proper footwear, and bring bug spray and sun protection as needed.

An aria is a weather event.
